Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1 business day if placed on a weekday or the following Monday if placed on a weekend.
Where customers can track their orders? - Once an order has been picked up, you will receive a confirmation email from HARU and a tracking email from ACE couriers (local). For international deliveries, the tracking number will be sent with the confirmation email.
Is it possible to change the order and how it can be done? - If you want to modify an order after it has been confirmed, please send an email to email@example.com as soon as you can to avoid the order being shipped out before then.
If customer received only part of the whole order, what should be done? - Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you did not receive your full order.
Can a loyal customer get a discount? - Yes. Our customers who have an account with us can get discounts as they purchase items from us. Our new subscribers are also entitled to a discount on their first order. Please subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates on discounts and more.
How can an order be cancelled? - If you'd like to cancel an order, please send an email to email@example.com as soon as you can to avoid the order being shipped out before then.
If an order is shipped, separately will there be double shipping charge? - Yes. If both are above N10,000, shipping is free.
